Q1)

Can I use it without making a reservation?

Our shop is not a reservation specialty store, so if there are vacant seats, you can use it without a reservation.

However, if you plan to use the restaurant between 11:30 and 13:30 during lunchtime, it is recommended that you make a reservation in advance, as it is often fully booked.

Is it possible to reserve a seat only?

We do not accept reservations for seats only. Please select a plan and make a reservation.

What kind of reservation plans are available?

There are three types of reservation plans: a plate combo plan (3 dishes, 110 minutes), a plate set plan (2 dishes, 80 minutes), and a dessert set plan (2 dishes, 80 minutes).

You can freely choose the start time for the plate combo plan.

For the plate set plan, you can choose to start at 11:30, start at 13:00, or start after 14:00.

Dessert set plan can be selected from the start after 14:00.

I would like to make a reservation for single item use only for the meal menu.

We do not accept reservations for individual items. If you would like to use only a single item, please come directly to the store without reservation. (If there are no vacancies, we will guide you in order of reception.)

Is it possible to cancel the drink on the day of the plate set (meal + drink) plan?

Please note that we will reserve a table for a certain amount of time according to the plan, so even if you do not need a drink after coming to the store, you will be charged for the plate set plan.

I made a reservation with the plate set (meal + drink) plan, but can I add dessert on the day?

A6)

If dessert is added after visiting the store on the day, the combo plan fee will be applied (300 discount / change to 110 minutes of usage time), but if there is a next plan at the seat you are using, 80% from the reservation time You can use it up to 1 minute.

I made a reservation with the plate combo (meal + dessert + drink) plan, but can I cancel the dessert on the day and change to the plate set (meal + drink) plan?

Please note that we will reserve a table for a certain amount of time according to the plan, so even if you do not need dessert after visiting the store, you will be charged for the plate combo plan.

Is it possible to change the start time of the plate set plan?

Due to seat management, the plate set plan has a fixed time system of starting at 11:30, starting at 13:00, and starting after 14:00.

It is possible to delay the actual start time by contacting us in advance and arriving later, but please note that we cannot extend the time if there are other plans at the table.
